Parly is for people at the same stage. You are looking for a peer, not a candidate. By posting, you agree to this.
A session. A record. A band. A short. Someone you might keep working with. Paid or not, one night or years, that is your business. If there is no project, it does not go up.
Say what you need, and who it is for. Vague posts waste people's time. Name the work and the roles. Put how to reach you in Next Steps, not in the title or the public description. Members see that only after they choose Interested.
The person posting has to be in the project. If you are fetching people for an agency, a studio, or a boss, that is not a peer. We take it down. Same for intern hunts, assistant hunts, and recruiter posts.
A drummer looking for a vocalist. A composer looking for a picture editor. Two people starting something together. That is the room. This is not where you hire a roster, and it is not where you look down.
In-person posts live at a ZIP. Remote is remote. Don't mark a local session as Remote to reach more people.
Each role you seek costs one credit and reaches people in that role. Don't add extras to cast a wider net. Specializations describe the work (genre, setting, tools), not the person.
If someone uses the contact details you shared, respond in good faith. Don't pass on a member's identity. Don't harass or pressure anyone.
We can close or delete a post that breaks these guidelines or our Terms. Repeated violations can suspend an account. Members can report a post. We look.
